A new home for ROC Noordenpoort in Groningen

 - Quality education (SDG 4)

Noorderpoort is a Regional Training Centre (ROC) in the North Netherlands region. Over the past few years, the school has renovated and built several school buildings in and around Groningen.

Noorderpoort brings together 16 different schools with approximately 14,000 students, 1,000 course participants and 1,400 employees from the province of Groningen and the city of Assen. Noorderpoort is big, but it chooses to be 'small'. Noorderpoort is made up of manageable schools with their own character where everyone knows each other.

BNG Bank has provided around EUR 43 million in financing for a range of renovation and construction projects on school buildings in and around Groningen.

Noordenpoort Automative & Logictics is the training centre for automotive studies. That's why the ultra-modern new school building is right in the middle of Autoboulevard in Groningen.
