Student accommodation provider DUWO and International Campus (IC) have built a large student complex close to Lelylaan Station in Amsterdam, just in time for the start of the new academic year.

DUWO is renting out and managing student housing at the campus, which has been named 'Little Manhattan'. A total of 869 self-contained housing units have been built, including 590 rooms for students and 279 studios for young professionals - young graduates at the start of their careers.

The rooms are arranged in a U-shaped structure with two residential tower blocks 19 and 23 storeys high. The campus also features various communal areas such as laundry rooms, bicycle parking facilities and a range of commercial spaces. The 590 student rooms measure 22 x 37 m2 with a basic rent of EUR 390 to 450. All units have their own entrance, kitchen, bathroom and living room/bedroom.
