General Meeting adopts BNG Bank financial statements for 2022

On April 20th 2023 the General Meeting of BNG Bank has adopted the financial statements for 2022. Huub Arendse has been re-appointed as member of the Supervisory Board of the bank for a four-year term.

During the meeting CEO Gita Salden clarified the strategic developments at BNG Bank and how BNG Banks helps her customers to make impact and realizing their goals. CEO Olivier Labe explained the annual figures of BNG Bank. The total long-term loan portfolio was EUR 88 billion at year-end 2022. This represents a net increase of EUR 1 billion compared tot the end of 2021. The net profit in 2022 amounted EUR 300 million.

Dividend proposal

BNG Bank proposes, in accordance with dividend policy, to distribute 50% of the available profit after tax and after deducting compensation for the providers of hybrid capital. This represents a dividend distribution of EUR 139 million, which is EUR 2.50 dividend per share. This proposal was approved by shareholders at the general meeting.
