Thomas Eterman (1976 - 2023)

Thomas (1976) was Chief Commercial Officer and member of the Executive Committee of BNG Bank since 2021. In that capacity, he was responsible for BNG Bank’s commercial strategy and the highly successful transformation of the CCO organisation in recent years. He carried out his work for BNG Bank’s clients and the bank itself with great energy and expertise. As a man who combined sharp analytical insights with a keen interest in people and his team, he was an inspiration to many. Thomas was a hugely respected colleague and a unique human being. We will miss his warm personality, humour and vivacious presence deeply. 

Our thoughts are with his wife, his children and immediate family. We wish them courage and strength to bear Thomas’ irreparable loss.
